وزارت امور خارجه رومانی از تاریخ 16 فوریه 2026، برنامه سالانه بورسیه تحصیلی دولت رومانی را برای دانشجویان خارجی کشورهای غیرعضو اتحادیه اروپا آغاز کرده است.
این برنامه با همکاری وزارت آموزش و پژوهش رومانی و از محل بودجه آن اجرا می‌شود و هدف آن تقویت روابط دوجانبه بین کشورها و معرفی مؤسسات آموزش عالی رومانی در سطح جهانی است.

Candidates interested in the Scholarship Program for the academic year 2026-2027 may access the online platform for submitting application files at https://scholarships.studyinromania.gov.ro/.
Individual applications of candidates can be uploaded to the platform between February 16, 2026 and March 31, 2026, with the selection results to be announced around July 15, 2026.
